Who We Are

The thinking behind the program.

Wukaro Funepi exists because the way SEO knowledge gets transferred inside companies is often messy, incomplete, and disconnected from how people actually learn.

It started with a very specific problem.

The program grew out of repeated conversations with marketing professionals who had been handed SEO ownership without any structured transition. They weren't inexperienced marketers. They understood their audiences, their brand voice, their content calendars. But SEO has its own vocabulary, its own logic, and its own set of traps for people who learn it piecemeal from blog posts.

The curriculum was built to close that gap in a way that respects the learner's existing expertise. It doesn't start from zero. It starts from where you actually are.

Core Principles

Four values that shape everything we teach.

01

Honesty about complexity

SEO has genuinely complicated parts. We don't simplify them to the point of uselessness. We explain what's actually hard, why it's hard, and what level of understanding you need to make good decisions versus what you can reasonably delegate.

02

Respect for working time

Participants have full-time jobs. The program is structured to deliver maximum clarity in focused sessions. Nothing is padded. If something can be explained in ten minutes, it takes ten minutes. The recorded library exists precisely so that depth doesn't require more live hours.

03

Practical over theoretical

Every concept is connected to a decision a marketer actually has to make. Keyword research connects to content planning. Technical basics connect to conversations with developers. Vendor evaluation connects to budget decisions. Theory that doesn't connect to action stays out of the curriculum.

04

Transparency about what SEO can and cannot do

One of the most useful things this program teaches is what SEO cannot reliably deliver. Understanding the limits of the discipline is as important as understanding its tools. Participants leave with calibrated expectations, not inflated ones.

Teaching Philosophy

We show the inside of the process.

The sessions don't just describe what to do. They walk through the reasoning behind each decision, including the tradeoffs and the places where reasonable practitioners disagree. When a topic has genuine debate in the SEO community, we show both sides and explain how to think through the choice for your specific context.

This approach takes longer than a simple checklist. But it produces marketers who can adapt when the landscape shifts, rather than ones who follow a process that becomes outdated.
