How enrollment works.
The program is structured as a cohort, which means enrollment happens at specific points rather than on a rolling basis. Here's what the process looks like from first contact to first session.
You reach out with context.
The first step is a short message that tells us where you are in your role. How long have you been responsible for SEO? What's the most pressing question you're dealing with right now? This context helps us understand whether the current cohort is a good fit for your situation.
There's no formal application. Just a conversation starter.
A brief orientation call.
We schedule a short call to talk through the program structure and your specific situation. This isn't a sales call. It's a practical conversation about whether the curriculum addresses what you're dealing with. If there's a better resource for your situation, we'll say so.
Cohort placement and scheduling.
Once you've decided to enroll, we place you in the next available cohort and send the schedule for the live sessions. Cohorts are kept small so that live sessions have room for real questions. The size is deliberate.
First session: the baseline.
The first live session is a structured conversation about where the cohort is starting from. Everyone completes the self-assessment beforehand, and the session uses those results to calibrate the depth of the modules that follow. It's also when participants meet each other, which matters more than it sounds.
Things people ask before enrolling.
Do I need any SEO background to participate?
No. The program is specifically designed for people who are starting from a marketing background without formal SEO training. If you have some background, the self-assessment helps identify which parts of the curriculum need less depth for you.
How much time does the program require each week?
Live sessions run approximately ninety minutes. Between sessions, participants are expected to apply what they've learned to their actual work, which means the "homework" is just doing your job with new tools. There's no assigned reading outside of the sessions themselves.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded. Missing a live session means you lose the ability to ask questions in real time for that topic, but you can watch the recording and bring follow-up questions to the next live session. Most participants find this works well in practice.
Is this program for individuals or teams?
Both. Individual marketers enroll frequently. Teams sometimes enroll two or three people from the same organization, which tends to accelerate implementation because participants can work through the material together in their actual context.
How long do I have access to the recorded library?
Access to the recorded session library continues throughout your enrollment period. The library is designed to be useful after the program ends, and access terms are covered in the enrollment documentation.
Does the program cover a specific industry or niche?
The curriculum covers SEO principles that apply broadly across industries. The live coaching sessions are where industry-specific questions get addressed, since those sessions work from the actual situations participants are navigating.
Start with a message.
The contact form on the next page is the simplest way to start the conversation. Include a sentence or two about your current situation and we'll respond with information about the next available cohort.
